CHEESE

Cheese is a dairy product produced in a wide ranges of flavours, textures and forms by coagulation of the milk protein casein.

During production, the milk is acidified and the enzymes of either rennet or ba
cterial enzymes are added to cause the casein to coagulate. The solid curds are then separated from the liquid whey and pressed into finished cheese.

We supply dairy cheese solutions which can be used in many applications, such as pizzas, ready meals and bakery applications. 

Our cheese products are adaptable to different processes and needs and come in various forms such as blocks, shredded and sliced.
